Small group classes.

Designed to be highly motivating and fun, our one-hour classes cater to any fitness level. With only 7-15 people per class, everyone receives the individual attention they need to achieve their personal goals. 

 

All Levels Vinyasa Yoga

7:30am (tues)

Open to any level of practice, our one-hour Yoga class is all about syncing our movements with our breath and linking each pose to create a seamless sequence. 

Attendees should be hydrated before, during and after class. Please no strongly scented products. No late arrivals. Bring your mat, towel and water bottle. NO CELLPHONES.

Youth Girls Sports Conditioning class

10:00am (sat)

Sports specific strength and conditioning designed specifically for young girls. Sports include: Volleyball, softball and basketball. Its an intense group class for those young female athletes ready to take their game to the next level.


STRONG - HIIT Class- By ZUMBA

7:00pm (tues)

STRONG revolutionizes group fitness by syncing high intensity cardio and conditioning moves to music to create and optimal total body HIIT workout. This class is an intermittent intensity or interval style program.  The high intensity moves can be interchanged with lower intensity moves if needed within the class.  It is geared toward the more fit individuals but can be modified during the class with switch-outs so that nearly everyone can take the class.


HIIT Total Body

6:00pm (wed)

This is a multifaceted total body class designed for advanced fitness levels. It implements comprehensive tactics of timed intervals, circuits and plyometrics - it's designed to push you out of your comfort zone and burn max calories.


Zumba!

6:30pm (wed)

Our all fitness levels Zumba is a fun and effective Latin and international dance based workout class. The rhythms and moves target your legs, abs, glutes and arms, as well as spike your heart rate and metabolism. Just watch and follow along. The moves are simple and fun. High, positive energy and motivating music gives our Zumba participants a great workout for the body, mind and spirit.


Classes start at $10/per. Sign up in advance, or at time of class. Participant volume limit vary by class. *Classes are available to non-members.
